Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo can continue his career in the Australian league.
Australian Professional Leagues chief executive Danny Townsend says that tournament officials have an offer for the 37-year-old Portuguese to consider.

We have expressed our interest in bringing Ronaldo to Australia. Obviously it's a certain risk, but we certainly have an offer for him to consider.
It should be added that Ronaldo's former Portuguese and Manchester United teammate Nani plays for Melbourne Victory in the Australian Championship.
You may recall that in a recent interview with journalist Piers Morgan, the star player criticized the management of MU and head coach Erik ten Hag, and said that he was disappointed with his time at the club after his return in 2021. The Red Devils management will consider Ronaldo's departure in the winter transfer window.
