According to Defensa Central, Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois of Real Madrid is prepared to return to the field for the UEFA Champions League quarter-final matches against Manchester City.
Courtois has been out of action since last August due to a torn ACL in his left knee.
It is reported that the Belgian goalkeeper has informed Real Madrid's head coach Carlo Ancelotti of his intention. The first leg against Manchester City will take place in Madrid on April 9.
Earlier reports suggested that Carlo Ancelotti declined the option to buy out Kepa Arrizabalaga at Real Madrid due to the player's dissatisfaction.
