Transfermarkt website has updated the list of the most expensive goalkeepers in world football, placing two goalkeepers on the first line of the rating.
The leaders of the list are the main goalkeepers of the national teams of France and Portugal Mike Maignan (Milan) and Diogo Costa (Porto). The cost of both is estimated at €45 million. Four goalkeepers with a price of €40 million, namely Gregor Kobel (Borussia D), Andre Onana (Manchester United), Ederson Moraes (Manchester City) and Gianluigi Donnarumma (Paris Saint-Germain) round out the top three.
The Belgian goalkeeper of Real Madrid Thibaut Courtois dropped the most in the ranking. The injured goalkeeper got cheaper by €10 million and costs €35 million.
