The Iranian national team defeated the Welsh team on a power play in the second round of the group stage match of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The meeting ended with a 2-0 victory for the Iranian team - both goals were scored in added time to the game.
After two rounds, the Iranian team is in second place with three points. England leads the quartet with three points, and they will play against the United States on November 25. The USA has one point and is in third place.
