
The Brazilian Football Confederation has decided to part ways with the head coach of the national team, Dorival Junior, according to UOL.
In the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, Brazil currently sits in fourth place in the standings after 14 matches with 21 points. Recently, Brazil suffered a resounding 1-4 defeat against Argentina.
Dorival Junior has been in charge since January 2024. An official announcement regarding his departure will be made later.
