CIES Report: Man Utd Face Worst Transfer Balance Since 2015

According to a report from the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), Manchester United has the worst transfer balance in the Premier League since 2015.

The club has spent €1.304 billion more on player acquisitions than it has earned from player sales over the past nine years. Chelsea rank second, having spent €1.209 billion more on buying players than it has recouped. Paris Saint-Germain come in third with a transfer balance of -€991 million.

Earlier reports indicated that Manchester United management is considering sacking Dutch manager Erik ten Hag due to his playing style.
