On November 7, at Stamford Bridge in London, Chelsea dominated Armenian club Noah with an impressive 8-0 victory in the third round of the UEFA Conference League group stage.
Notably, the London club scored six goals in the first half. This feat had not been accomplished since 1971, when Chelsea triumphed over Jeunesse Esch with a staggering 13-0 scoreline, also scoring six goals in the first half.
Currently, Chelsea sit at the top of the UEFA Conference League table after three matches, gaining nine points. Armenian Noah occupy the 28th spot with three points.
In the next round, the London club will face German side Heidenheim on November 28. Noah will also play the same day against Icelandic club Vikingur.
Earlier, Chelsea's head coach Enzo Maresca stated that his team is not yet ready to compete with Manchester City and Arsenal.
