Italian specialist Enzo Maresca, 44, has been appointed as the head coach of London's Chelsea. The club's press office announced this on their official website.
The parties have signed a contract until the summer of 2029 with an option to extend for one season.
In 2017, Maresca joined Vincenzo Montella's staff at Sevilla. Later he worked with West Ham, Parma, and Manchester City. In 2023, he took over Leicester, leading them to the Premier League just a year after the team's relegation.
The previous coach of the Blues was Argentine Mauricio Pochettino.
