Chelsea have announced the signing of Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Pedro Neto, the club’s 10th new arrival of the summer.
The Portugal star has moved to Stamford Bridge on a seven-year contract in a deal worth an initial £51.4 million plus a further £2.6 million in bonuses as new head coach Enzo Maresca reshapes Chelsea's squad ahead of the 2024/25 Premier League season, which starts on Friday, August 16.
Chelsea's first match will be an important fixture in the opening round of the Premier League, as they will play against 2024 FA Community Shield Winner and defending Premier League winner Manchester City on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Stamford Bridge.
