Real Madrid forward and captain Karim Benzema has extended his contract with the Spanish club until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti made the announcement at a press conference. The previous agreement was valid until the summer of 2023.

This season, the 35-year-old has played 21 matches for the team in all tournaments, scoring 13 goals and three assists. The Transfermarkt portal estimates Benzema's market value at 35 million euros.
