Bayern Munich's sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić as well as CEO Oliver Kahn, have been fired from their positions. This is reported by Kicker edition.
It is already known that Kahn will be replaced by the current team's CFO, Jan-Christian Driesen. The name of the new sports director is still unknown.
Recall, today, May 27, Bayern became the champion of Germany after beating Cologne (2-1) in the 34th round of the national championship. Borussia Dortmund played a draw with Mainz (2-2) in the parallel match, losing the lead in the standings.
Munich and Dortmund each have 71 points on the season, but Bayern leads on goal difference.
