Bayern Munich management have notified 31-year-old Senegalese winger Sadio Mané that they do not want him in the 2023/24 season, Kicker reported.
According to the source, Mané is expected to leave the club in the transfer window. In the case of the Senegalese transfer, Bayern will be able to economize on wages, as the winger is one of the highest paid players in the team.
Mané's contract with the Munich club runs until June 30, 2025. The footballer played 38 matches in the team, scoring 12 goals and giving six assists. Transfermarkt portal estimates the transfer value of the player at €25 million.
