According to Sport.es, La Liga club Barcelona intends to end its partnership with technical sponsor, American sports company Nike, after the 2023/2024 season.
The Catalan club may start creating playing kits under its own brand. Final decision will be made by the bosses of the Blaugrana in March, possibly within a week.
The creation of their own brand will be linked to the company BLM, which handles the production of all non-sportswear for Barça and is expected to bring in greater profits than the current contract with Nike. It is worth noting that Nike has been the kit manufacturer for Barça since 1998.
After 26 matches in the 2023/2024 season, Barcelona under the guidance of Xavi is currently in third place in the league table, with 57 points.
