Journalist Javi Miguel reported on his social networks that the sporting director of Barcelona Mateu Alemany plans to part with eight players of the Catalan team.
First of all the Blaugrana want to dismiss defenders Clément Langlais and Sergiño Dest, who receive the highest salaries. Barça also plan to send midfielder Pablo Torre out on loan.
Midfielders Franck Kessié and Nico González as well as forwards Ferran Torres and Alex Collado may also leave the team. Defender Eric Garcia will remain with the team unless other clubs offer him a good deal.
Barcelona finished second in La Liga last season with 73 points in 38 games.
