Barcelona Owes Clubs Over €200,000 For Player Transfers

The debt of the Spanish Barcelona for player transfers exceeds €200 million. Goal reports this with reference to ARA. Most of the debt was created through the signing of players in 2022.

It is reported that the Catalan club must settle the short-term debt for transfers of about €90 million in the next 12 months.

The remaining long-term debts to Leeds for Raphinha, Manchester City for Ferran Torres, Bayern for Robert Lewandowski, Ajax for Frenkie de Jong and Sevilla for Jules Kounde will be about €120 million more.

Earlier Diario Sport website reported that Barcelona continue to face serious financial difficulties and will be ready to consider transfer offers for all main team players in the summer of 2024.
