Recall, the19-year-old footballer of the Blaugrana received a serious injury in the national team during the qualifying match for Euro 2024 against Georgia (3:1). After medical examination, Gavi was diagnosed with a torn anterior cruciate ligament and lateral meniscus injury.
Earlier it was reported that the recovery time of the Barcelona midfielder will be from seven to nine months. Gavi will miss the rest of the season and will not play at the European Championships in Germany in the summer of 2024. According to the Spanish press, the national team does not plan to call him up until March 2025.
