According to Marca, FC Barcelona may lose player Dani Olmo due to ongoing financial problems. The Spanish La Liga has published data indicating that Barcelona has raised their salary cap to €426 million.
However, Marca reports that the club is still not in compliance with the 1:1 rule. If the situation is not resolved by January 1, 2025, Olmo could find himself without proper registration as a player for the club once again.
It’s important to note that Barcelona experienced difficulties with player registrations during the final days of the transfer window. Reports indicated that the club was unable to register Olmo alongside four other players just three days before the start of the new La Liga season.
Earlier in August, the Catalan club signed Olmo, and he was officially registered as a player for the La Liga season on the 27th.
