Former footballer Luis Suárez Miramontes died at the age of 89, according to Inter’s press service.
It happened on Sunday, July 9 in Milan.

During his professional career, Suarez played for Condal, Deportivo, Inter Milan, Barcelona and Sampdoria.
He won the Spanish championship twice, Italian championship three times and also won the European Cup twice.
In 1960 Suarez won the Ballon d'Or as the best footballer of the year. Besides, the player won the 1964 European Championship, representing Spain.
