Atletico Madrid fans reacted angrily to the presence of their former player Joao Felix, who is currently on loan at Barcelona, during the match at the Wanda Metropolitano against the Blaugrana.
In the 29th round of La Liga, Barcelona played against Atletico Madrid (3-0). During the match, home fans burned the shirt of their former player and spat on a tile portrait of Felix.
It should be noted that Joao Felix scored the opening goal in the 38th minute of the match.
In the current season, the Atletico player is on loan to Barcelona. The Portuguese forward has participated in 34 matches for the Catalans in all competitions, scoring nine goals and providing five assists.
In October 2023, Barcelona decided to buy Felix from Atletico Madrid at the end of the season. The Madrid club is aiming to earn around 70-80 million euros from his sale.
