According to the Spanish publication AS, the highest-paid player at Catalan club Barcelona is Polish forward Robert Lewandowski, earning around 32 million euros per season.
Previously, reports in Spain suggested that Dutch midfielder Frenkie de Jong topped this earnings list.
The 36-year-old Lewandowski has participated in nine matches across all competitions, scoring seven goals and providing two assists. His current contract with the club is valid until the summer of 2026.
After eight rounds of the Spanish La Liga, Barcelona leads the table with 21 points.
