Former Portugal national team player Antonio Fonseca, in an interview with Telecomasia.net, shared his thoughts on the Euro Championship Round of 16 match between the Portuguese team and Slovenia.

There have been no easy matches in this Euro, as we have seen so far. Portugal must prepare well for Slovenia, so there would be no surprises for them. To win, the team needs to play with high intensity, and Martinez needs to find the best tactical approach against such a defensive opponent. This is what the coach is paid big money for. I predict that Portugal will win.
The Euro Championship football Round of 16 match between Portugal and Slovenia will take place on July 1 in Frankfurt. The opening whistle from the main referee Daniele Orsato will sound at 22:00 GMT+3.
In the tournament's group stage, Portugal defeated the Czech Republic and Turkey, but then lost to Georgia. Slovenia did not win any matches, drawing against Denmark, Serbia, and England.
