For example, I made a bad one here, in Madrid, after my first year. I was very close to extending my contract, the club wanted to keep me, but I pushed too hard on my salary and they stopped it. It was a mistake, the worst I could have made. But it allowed me to learn.
Now in his sixth season with Madrid, Ancelotti previously managed the club from 2013 to 2015. During his tenure, he has led the team to victory in the UEFA Champions League three times.
Currently, Real Madrid sit in second place in the La Liga standings with 24 points. In the Champions League table, they are in 18th place with six points.
