Italian head coach Carlo Ancelotti of Real Madrid responded to a question regarding the greatest football club in the world.
Ancelotti stated to beIN Sports:
I’ve worked at many top-level clubs, but Real Madrid is the greatest in the world in terms of history, organization, and demands. Here, you realize that the most important thing is to succeed on the pitch. The president’s work is spectacular, and the club wins because of his efforts.
The 65-year-old Ancelotti is now in his sixth season with the Madrid club. He previously managed los Blancos from 2013 to 2015 and has won the UEFA Champions League three times during his tenure.
Currently, Real Madrid is in second place in the Spanish league table with 27 points. In the Champions League standings, Real Madrid sit in 18th place with six points.
According to El Gol Digital, Carlo Ancelotti has lost control of the locker room following the recent disappointing results.
Journalist Florian Plettenberg has reported that Spanish coach Xabi Alonso of Bayer will be the new manager of the Madrid club next summer.
