The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced on its official website that the date of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco has been postponed.
According to the new schedule, the tournament will be held from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026. Initially it was planned to hold the competition in the summer of 2025.
Recall, the previous draw of the African Cup of Nations was held in Côte d'Ivoire from January 13 to February 11, 2024. The current winner of the tournament is the national team of Côte d'Ivoire, who defeated Nigeria in the final with a score of (2:1).
