Hamilton's Move to Ferrari Boosts Merchandise Sales

German sportswear manufacturer Puma, known for its footwear, clothing, and accessories, reported a significant increase in sales of Ferrari-branded merchandise, as highlighted in a financial report by PlanetF1.

This surge in demand has been attributed to the transfer of 40-year-old British driver and seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton to the Ferrari team, resulting in an eight-fold sales increase.

Hamilton is set to join Ferrari at the beginning of the 2025 season, marking only his second team change in his Formula 1 career after 12 years with Mercedes.

According to PlanetF1, Hamilton is expected to earn around $57 million per season under a long-term contract with Ferrari.
