The England team lost the Ashes nil-four and the last game proved that their struggles were aplenty. The team didn’t come as prepared as one should be whilst visiting the pace-heavy terrain of Australia and though they are catching a lot of criticism, I think they didn’t get ample time to prepare for the series. Anyway, Chris Silverwood, the current England cricket team coach is saying that the recently concluded Ashes series proves that not everything is alright with the team. He also said that the series was important as it proved that the team needed a disturbance for a change. Can England turn it around soon?
Chris Silverwood, Head Coach, England’s men’s cricket team
You look at yesterday and the whole series and you can't honestly say everything is alright. Sometimes you need disturbance to create change. We have certainly got that.
