Melbourne Stars defeated the Adelaide Strikers by 9 wickets and three balls to spare in a high-scoring thriller. Batting first Mack propelled the Strikers to 175 and the Stars had to play till the last over to achieve the target.

Katie Mack played second innings in the 80s in just three innings. She made 87 runs and continued her stellar form in the tournament. A nice hand by Madelina Penna who made 56 runs steered Strikers to a formidable 175.
Villani finishes in style!
Elyse Villani smacked a century in just 65 balls to get a win for her squad. She formed a 114 runs partnership for the first wicket and then an Annabel Sutherland blitz of 27 runs in just 13 balls completed the chase with three balls to spare.

Brisbane Heat and Adelaide Strikers will play against each other in the eliminator game. The winner of the game will then meet Melbourne Renegades in the Challenger. The winner of the Challenger game will then contest Perth Scorchers for the title. Melbourne Stars got knocked out despite the win.
