COVID-19 hurts South Africa's cricket hosting plans

A new variant of COVID-19 has derailed South Africa’s cricket calendar. First, the management decided to call off the Netherlands-South Africa series with the exception of the first ODI which is going on today. The series with India that is scheduled for December can also be in jeopardy with the fourth wave of COVID-19 placing its fangs in South African soil.
