The Charlotte Hornets has signed guard LiAngelo Ball on a non-guaranteed deal. The guard is most likely going to play for the Hornets’ G-League team. Ball showcased a lot of speed and played well during the NBA Summer League, averaging 9.6 PPG. Now, LiAngelo will most likely look to continue his career with Hornets’ affiliate Greensboro Swarm.
LiAngelo’s brother LaMelo Ball is also on the Hornets team. His younger brother LaMelo became the third pick in the draft last year and went on to win the Rookie of the Year honors. Meanwhile, the eldest of the three Ball brothers, Lonzo is going to play for the Chicago Bulls this season, after spending time at the Lakers and Pelicans.
