World Boxing Council (WBC) president Mauricio Sulaiman said he was impressed with Francis Ngannou's performance in his fight against Tyson Fury, so he will include him in the organization's rankings.
BoxingScene quotes Sulaiman as saying:
What I personally witnessed last night is a solid boxer, who deserves to be ranked by the WBC and I will make such recommendations to the ratings committee.
Recall, on the night of October 29, Ngannou boxed against Fury, who owns the WBC heavyweight belt. Their fight lasted the entire distance of ten rounds and ended with the victory of Tyson by a split decision of judges. He has 34 wins (24 by knockout), one draw and no losses.
