Alexander Krassyuk, the promoter of WBA, IBF, IBO and WBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk of Ukraine, announced that the fight against WBA obligatory challenger Daniel Dubois of Great Britain will take place on August 26 in Wroclaw, Poland.
At first the fight was scheduled on August 12, but it was postponed for several weeks to coincide with the Independence Day of Ukraine.
Usyk, 36, last fought Anthony Joshua in August of last year. That fight lasted the whole distance and ended in favor of Olexandr by split decision of the judges. He has 20 wins (13 KO's) without a single loss.
Dubois, 25, last fought Kevin Lerena last December. That fight, which was stopped in the third round, ended in favor of Daniel by TKO. He has 19 wins (17 by knockout) and one loss.
