Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk, undisputed heavyweight world champion, will receive 60 per cent of the total fee for the rematch with Tyson Fury. This is reported by the Boxing Kingdom website.
Earlier, the head of Queensberry Promotions Frank Warren, representing the interests of Fury, said that the second fight with Usyk will be held in October in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
Recall, 19 May Usyk defeated Fury by split decision.
The 35-year-old Fury previously entered the ring in October 2023, winning against Francis Ngannou by split decision. He has 34 wins (24 by knockout), one draw and one loss.
Usyk, 37, had his previous fight in August 2023, defeating Daniel Dubois by knockout in the ninth round. He has 22 wins (14 by knockout) without a single defeat on his record.
