Usyk to Fight Again in Summer 2025

Egis Klimas, the manager of heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, who holds the WBA, WBO, WBC, and The Ring titles, shared when the Ukrainian boxer might return to the ring.

Egis Klimas for Boxing Scene
It’ll be a very long preparation. After another 12 rounds with Fury, he needs a good, long recovery. I think he will return at the end of July or in August 2025.

Recall that on December 21, in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Oleksandr Usyk won a unanimous decision against Tyson Fury. In May 2024, Usyk defeated Fury by split decision, becoming the undisputed world champion. He holds a record of 23 wins (14 by knockout) and no losses. Tyson has 34 wins (24 by knockout), two losses and one draw.
