The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, responsible for overseeing the upcoming boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, will conduct a comprehensive health evaluation of the former heavyweight champion.
The department representative, Tela Mange, is quoted by World Boxing News as saying:

Thorough pre-fight physicals will be conducted by TDLR-appointed physicians, who will discuss Mr Tyson's medical history with him.
Jake Paul last fought against Mike Perry in July this year, winning by technical knockout in the sixth round. His professional boxing record now stands at 10 victories (seven by knockout) and one defeat.
Mike Tyson's most recent appearance in the ring was in a November 2020 exhibition match against Roy Jones, which lasted the full distance and ended in a draw. Tyson boasts a record of 50 wins (44 by knockout) and six losses.
