Former WBC interim world boxing champion Ryan Garcia revealed on his social media that the New York State Athletic Commission plans to assess his mental health.
In March alone, the boxer made several bold statements on his social media accounts. For example, Garcia spoke about the existence of a secret society in the Bohemian Grove, claimed to know who killed rapper 2Pac, and promised to provide evidence of the existence of extraterrestrials.

On April 20, Garcia will face WBC champion in the super lightweight division Devin Haney. In December 2023, Ryan fought Oscar Duarte in Houston, winning by knockout in the eighth round. He currently has 24 victories (20 by knockout) and one loss to his name.
