American boxer Roy Jones will step into the ring on January 28 next year against bodybuilder and social media star Robert Wilmote. This fight will last five rounds of one minute each.
Recall that Jones just recently signed a deal with the Official Celebrity Boxing promotion, which holds celebrity bouts.
The last time Jones got in the ring against his compatriot Mike Tyson was during the show fight, held in November, 2020. That fight lasted the entire distance and ended in a draw.
Jones had his last professional fight against his compatriot Scott Sigmon in February 2018. In this confrontation Roy won by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 66 wins (47 by knockout) and nine defeats under his belt in professional boxing.
