Joseph Parker, the interim WBO heavyweight champion, has expressed his desire to face Daniel Dubois, who recently knocked out Anthony Joshua in the fifth round on September 22.
BBC quotes Parker as saying:
If he [Dubois] wants to get it on then let's go.
Recall that Dubois achieved victory over Joshua via knockout in the fifth round. His previous fight was in June 2024, where he won against Filip Hrgović by technical knockout in the eighth round. Dubois' record now stands at 22 wins (21 by knockout) and 2 losses.
