The Japanese Rizin League announced on social media that former world champion in eight weight categories, Filipino Manny Pacquiao has a new opponent before the Super Rizin 3 tournament, which will be held on July 28 in Saitama.
Pacquiao will now fight against kickboxer Rukiya Anpo, who has agreed to replace the injured Chihiro Suzuki.
Pacquiao last stepped into the ring against blogger DK Yoo in an exhibition bout in December 2022. That fight went the full distance and ended in Manny's favor with a unanimous decision. He has 62 wins (39 by knockout), eight losses and two draws in professional boxing.
