Organizers Lower Pay-Per-View Price for Joshua vs. Dubois Fight to Combat Piracy

On September 21, a heavyweight championship bout for the IBF title will take place in London between British boxers Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois.

According to PPV.com, viewers can purchase access to the fight for only $19.99. In contrast, the pay-per-view for the upcoming bout between Saul Alvarez and Edgar Berlanga on September 15 in Las Vegas will cost $89.99.

Turki Alalshikh, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Entertainment, said in an interview with TalkSPORT:

I dream of a pay-per-view with a good price to make the fans happy and subscribe and get them to watch it legally.

Dubois last stepped into the ring in June 2024, winning against Filip Hrgovic by technical knockout in the eighth round. He has a professional record of 21 wins (20 by knockout) and two losses.

Joshua's last fight took place in March 2024, where he knocked out Francis Ngannou in the second round. His record has 28 wins (25 by knockout) and three losses.
