Heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk, holding titles from WBA, WBO, WBC, and IBO, expressed his desire for a trilogy with Tyson Fury after his rematch with Daniel Dubois.
The second fight between Usyk and Dubois is set for July 19 in London. Their first match, which took place in August 2023, ended in favor of Oleksandr, who won by knockout in the ninth round.
Right now my focus is on Daniel Dubois and that is what I am working towards. But, for my last fight, I have two options. Anthony Joshua and Tyson. Who would I prefer? Tyson Fury.
The first bout between Usyk and Fury occurred in May 2018. That match went the distance, with Oleksandr winning by split decision. Their second fight, held in December 2023, also ended in a decision victory for the Ukrainian boxer.
Usyk's professional boxing record stands at 23 wins (14 by knockout) and no losses, while Fury's record is 34 wins (24 by knockout), two losses, and one draw.
