Former undisputed world heavyweight champion, American boxer Mike Tyson has confirmed that his fight with blogger Jake Paul will be an exhibition fight.
The organizers of the boxing night hoped that the fight will be sanctioned as a professional match under the auspices of the Texas Boxing Commission, but Tyson said that this will not happen.
Recall, the bout Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul will take place on July 20 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington (USA).
The 27-year-old Paul last entered the ring in March 2024, defeating Ryan Bourland by technical knockout in the first round. He has nine wins (six by knockout) and one loss on his record.
In November 2020, Tyson had an exhibition fight with Roy Jones. According to the results of the fight, a draw was recorded. The 57-year-old Mike has 50 wins (44 by knockout) and six defeats.
