Former undisputed heavyweight world champion, American boxer Mike Tyson spoke about his future opponent Jake Paul. Their fight will headline a boxing night in Arlington (USA) on July 21.
Tyson said at a press conference:
I don't know if he's in his prime. He's fat. He should be lean and mean. He's fat and funky. He can't even knock out Nick Diaz, Nick Diaz is 40 pounds, how is he going to knock me out? What's the other guy, Anderson Silva, he didn't knock those little guys, how he going to knock me out? Who did he knock out, little kids, he didn't knock, never knocked out a real man, come on...
Paul, 27, last stepped into the ring in March 2024, defeating Ryan Bourland by technical knockout in the first round. He has nine wins (six by knockout) and one loss on his record.
In November 2020, Tyson had an exhibition fight with Roy Jones. The fight resulted in a draw. The 57-year-old Mike has 50 wins (44 by knockout) and six defeats.
