Famous video blogger Jake Paul challenged undisputed super middleweight world champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez to a fight after winning his fight with Ryan Bourland.
After his win over Bourland, Paul said:
Canelo, stop ducking, I know you want it. I'm repping Puerto Rico, you're repping Mexico, so it's Mexico vs Puerto Rico. I want Canelo.
Alvarez last fought against Jermell Charlo in September 2023. In that fight, Saul won by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 60 wins (39 by knockout), two losses and two draws on his record.
Paul and Bourland met in the ring as part of a boxing night held on the night of March 3 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This fight, which was stopped in the first round, ended in favor of Jake by technical knockout. He has nine wins (six by knockout) and one loss.
