Former world champion in the super lightweight division, Devin Haney, and former interim WBC title holder Ryan Garcia will both fight on the same boxing card in May 2025 in New York City, according to ESPN journalist Salvador Rodriguez.
Haney will face ex-world champion in the light welterweight class, Jose Ramirez, while Garcia will be up against Isaac Cruz.
In April 2024, Haney and Garcia fought in Brooklyn. The match initially went the distance and ended with Garcia winning by a majority decision. However, the result was later cancelled due to Garcia failing a drug test.
Devin Haney boasts a professional boxing record of 31 wins (15 by knockout) and no losses. Ryan Garcia has 24 wins (20 by knockout) and one loss.
