American MMA fighter John Gotti III spoke out about the massive fight that occurred during an exhibition fight with former world champion in five weight classes Floyd Mayweather.
Midway through the sixth round, referee Kenny Bayless disqualified Gotti for multiple rules violations. John did not like this decision and said he would continue the fight, then pushed the referee away and attacked Floyd. Later, teams of athletes entered the ring, leading to a mass brawl.
"Floyd, you are now my enemy for life," Gotti wrote on his social media.
John Gotti III is the grandson of notorious gangster John Gotti, who was known as the boss of America's most powerful crime syndicate.
Gotti last competed in MMA in 2020, when he lost by decision to Nick Alley at CES MMA 61. Since then, he has had two boxing bouts, defeating Albert Tulley by decision and knocking out Alex Citrowske in January.
