The holder of the WBO and WBC light middleweight titles, American boxer Sebastian Fundora will fight his compatriot Errol Spence Jr. in October in Dallas.
It is reported that only the WBC world championship belt will be at stake in the fight.
The 26-year-old Fundora last entered the ring in March 2024, defeating Tim Tszyu by split decision. He has 21 wins (13 by knockout), one loss and one draw on his record.
Spence, 34, last fought in July 2023, losing to Terence Crawford by TKO in the ninth round. He has 28 wins (22 by knockout) and one defeat to his name.
