Famous British promoter Frank Warren announced that his client, heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois, will have his next fight in January 2025.
Warren stated in an interview with the talkSPORT YouTube channel:
He [Dubois] will fight early next year. We are just looking at a few matches. I hope we get it done by next week, who he’ll be facing. It may be AJ, it may not. It depends.
To recap, Daniel secured a victory over Anthony Joshua with a knockout in the fifth round, successfully defending his IBF heavyweight championship title. Dubois has a professional boxing record of 22 wins (21 by knockout) and two losses. Joshua holds a record of 28 wins (25 by knockout) and four losses.
