Turki Alalshikh, the chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority, told ESPN last week that he would like to deliver a Canelo-Crawford fight in December or January.
Recall, on May 5 in Las Vegas (USA) Canelo defeated Jaime Munguia by unanimous decision. The 33-year-old Mexican has 61 wins (39 by knockout), two losses and two draws.
Crawford will next fight against Israil Madrimov. The fight for the WBA super welterweight title will take place on August 3 in Los Angeles (USA). The 36-year-old Crawford has 40 wins (31 by knockout) without a single loss.
