
Mexican boxer Saul "Canelo" Alvarez announced that he is ready to have a rematch with the undisputed world champion in the light heavyweight division Dmitry Bivol.
The first fight between Alvarez and Bivol took place in 2022 in Las Vegas, where the Russian boxer won by unanimous decision. Bivol currently holds a record of 24 wins (12 by knockout) and one loss, while Alvarez boasts 62 wins (39 by knockout), two losses, and two draws.

Bivol fought Artur Beterbiev in a rematch on the night of February 23 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This fight went the distance and Dmitry won by majority decision, becoming the undisputed world boxing champion in the light heavyweight category.
