WBA Super World Heavyweight Champion Dmitry Bivol said that he doesn't rule out a future confrontation against WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk.
Dmitry Bivol, in an interview with Youtube channel Behind The Gloves
You know, between super heavyweight and light heavyweight there's also a heavyweight class. There's a big lead. Can Usyk get down to heavyweight? Maybe one day we'll fight. I don't know. Maybe I'll gain weight and feel great. Why not?
On November 5-6, Bivol defeated previously undefeated Mexican Gilberto Ramirez in Abu Dhabi. After 12 rounds the Russian won the fight by unanimous decision. Dmitry had 21 fights in total, all of them ended with the victory (11 of them by knockout).
Usyk met the British athlete Anthony Joshua in his last fight, which took place in August of this year. In this fight Oleksandr won by split decision of the judges. He had 20 wins (11 KO's) under his belt without a single defeat.
